venous thrombosis is correct because nephrotic syndrome causes hyperlipidemia and hypercoagulation, which are RF for thrombosis

Thanks bobby. It is a question in q book, the main explanation is: boz of increased infection cause inc ESR, dec anti-coagulant fatcter III, protein c and s. I don't very understand actually. My doubt is if it is the case (inc infection), why not "acute pyelonephritis" is the answer? Thanks.
