If a pt has recurrent nasal congestion, nosebleeds, and pulmonary infection for 2 years, which of the following is the best next step?

a. Abdominal CT scan
b. Liver enzymes
c. Pancreatic enzymes
d. Urinalysis
e. Bladder biopsy

I would go for Urinalysis assuming that this may sound like Wegner's Granulomatosis except that it is impossible if u haven't given the age and any CXR finding or any nasal examination finding....... but anyway assuming that the pt has that ... id screen for Renal invovement....
