Hungry bone syndrome doesn't have hypocalcemia although the bone increased use of calcium because the other parathyroud glands already recover from inhibited state; it usually occurs later than this case. The answer is A.

the answer is A. so better monitor Ca and albumin postop. hungary bones syndrome occurs after about 1 week. a/w again temp increase in PTH wth normal/low Ca levels. source:CMDT b/w very good question.
