finally finished with rheumat ques from UW step 3 and have few explanations to write ...may be of 10 ques

Hi Angel  I see you're almost there! Good luck dear! I'm sure you'll ace it I just started my journal. At this point I'm just trying to gather study materials as I am still offcially on my "BREAK" but decided to start my journal to keep me motivated

Hi Angel  Thanks for visiting my journal
So how did you start your step 3 prep? I can't do UW yet coz I wanna do that when I pass my CS. I can't waste money subscribing to UW. Right now I have Master The Boards only. I'm trying to look for CRUSH and FA pdf files so I won't have to buy them. But I may end up buying them on Amazon...

thanks DL for dropping by here...
i actually started my preparation with MTB n kaplan qbank ....but then dint finish both n had to go back to india for some visa stamping
had a break there...so was difficult to restart after coming back
so began reading ck books n MTB n some kaplan step 3
but then thought no use of wasting time here n there without a plan....
then started with UW mcq'sn doing them subjectwise tutor mode....still doing that,,,,not finished yet n reading kaplan ck books
my plan is to finish reading kaplan books n UW n MTB atleast till 21st of this month so that i can proceed with ccs then
anyways my preparation is not an ideal one...had many ups n downs....made many promises to myself n then broke them all
but now i m on right track i hope....
even get some bad days in btw ...whioch are festivals so there is not much studying ....
now time for update....
did respiratory from MTB,kaplan Ck and UW .....still have to write down explanations from UW in my book
will write them tomorrow

so plan is to do as much UW as posssible today

dear friends....
time is flying away very soon....
i must start doing ccs....
have a bday party today of a kid whos very fond of me so dint study since morning....
made a cake n that was a wonderful cake 
i m very happy that i made that
chef could be a second alternative profession
anyways back to studies....i have about one n half hours till her bday party so i plan to atleast one block of peds...lets see

ok back to studies
yesterday was not that bad....because of all the workload in the morning came back n slept like a baby for 3 hours then started studying in the evening 5pm infectious ds
finished with infectious ds in the morning n then slept.....now in library to study /....have 4 hours of study now
starting with rheumatology ccs....4cases...to be done in 1 hour

i have 4 weeks to go for exam:
so plan is
week 1 : kaplan ckbooks and UW
week 2 : MTB and kaplan step 3 books and ccs
week 3 :kaplan qbank and ck books and ccs
week 4 :kaplan ck and ccs
WEEK 1
read kaplan ck books daily from 8am -12am...
12 o clock - 12 30 gym
UW mcqs are 1380 in number so 197 ques daily n
then 2pm onwards till 10pm UW mcq's
Week 1 day 1
do UW GIT, hepatology and ID
starting with ques of ID
one block of ID with explanations

Did you use Swanson at all? Is it the Swanson Family Practice Review or Swanson Family Medicine Review? Is it a reviewer or just MCQs?
