how does infectious mononucleosis spread?
i know it spreads thru saliva but can it be caught by droplet infection?
(a v stupid ques but .......... ::very_confused:: )

No, it can only be spread through salive, a person could have it and live in the same house and never infect anyone, unless his/her salive comes into contact. The salive can be contacted even thru drinking from a glass that person drank from but this is not spread in droplets.
