Can someone please tell me that as far as the genetics goes, how much detail do we have to know, i mean for genetic testing for example, do we have to know exatly how PCR, RFLP, ELISA, blotting and everything works or as long as we know the big picture. Hope someone answers soon cuz i am going nuts trying to get this info into my head???

Hi Rida, You should know the imp steps for these procedures .And as well as examples under it .Most imp topic among them is RFLP and PCR, you should know how to read them (blotting etc)
