Does anybody know a good way to memorize stuff.My brain is so rusted I can not memorize.
Anybody knows a good way to memorize Cephalosporins (3 generation)name? I have been stuggling for two day but the names just get evaporated from my mind.

I do not now if you have problem in general with your memory or you have problem only with certain boring subject , definitions.
Like previous guy said practice , practice but as someone being in medical field you surely are practicing that every day.
Try to create in your had systems that will help you remember things.Use interesting mnemonics.You can read some books about this subject.I will find them on the net and post them here.
Also take care about food you eat and time you learn.The best way for brain to learn is early morning.
