BRS says its occurs in arteioles, ,capillaries and post capillary venules

mani, inc permeability in early infl is due to histamine and affects venules only(immediate transient response)

if it is direct injury to the endothelium then all 3 arterioles, venules and capillareies r unvolved( severe burns/ lytic bacterial inf)

delayed prolonged leakage is due to direct injury and involves venules and cap( thermal/ uv/ bacterial toxins)
