defective collagen synthesis => thin sclera
so, underlying veins give it a blue color

MASH ARE U SURE TRANSLUCENCY IS DUE TO UNDERLYING VEINS.
I AM THINKING SINCE COLLAGEN IS NOT LAYERED PROPERLY SO IT IS CAUSING THIN AND TRANSLUCENT SCLERA

  #4

blue sclera is due to visualization of the chroidal veins under sclera devoid of collagen(goljan)
