How to prevent it when you try to correct hyponatremia? I mean the daily value should follow.

Increase the serum sodium conc. by no more than 1-2meq/L/h and not more than 25-30meq/L/h in the first 2 days.

that's what i thought too; but in a question of qbook, it says the upper limit is 10meq/l/24h. Thanks.
