Which types of RNA contain the anticodon ? and where does it found on that RNA (location) ?

3' has amino acid attached to tRNA, and closer to 5' end is where the anticodon is found.

Question: If a patient ends up with a longer than normal protein, where did the mutation occur? codon, anticodon, activated t-RNA, mRNA etc. WHY?
