Hi!!
I have the same problem. I got 99 in step 1 and 99 in step 2, but I have no way to get LORs from american doctors. I know my scores are great, but, will I be able to really compete for good positions without "strong" letters or recommendation??
Do program directors take into account the fact that LORs are very difficult to get outside the states??

Don`t worry about the American LOR. I have some friends that with that grades have already be admited to very good American residencies.
