Good lets recount then differentiating signs of the 3.

Vasular- step like progression, CV disease present in most, motor signs often present with memory loss etc.

Alhzimers- chrom 21 assoc, fibrilary tangles extracellular, progress is very slow. starting around 60 years of age. Lasting about 15 years. Unless hereditary form...this one starts around 30. Recent memories go first, no motor signs usually present. Persons with D syndrome get the disease much earlier.

Lewy body- accumulations of protein in the
brain, primarily of alpha-synuclein. This one progresses fast...signs similar to Alhzimer's only it lasts 2-3 years..and person goes.
