I didnt clear my usmle step1 the first time. I have applied for the exam once again. This time, I started with a fresh application. I didnt mention that I had taken the exam earlier. Is it possible for me to get away with it, and start off with a fresh start? Can ecfmg find out about it? :!:

Yes they WILL. It is found on EFCMG and USMLE websites.
What you've done falls under "Irregular Activities". They can penalize you, for example: they can prevent you from taking a step for a specified period of time or they can bar you forever.
