hello everyone!
i have no time left to read everything and i'm in panic!
so far, i read kaplan physiology and anatomy and would be starting on pathology kaplan.
i'm planning to take step1 the last week of august. what's your advice? do i focus on first aid for the rest of the subjsects instead? what about patho? haven't started on it yet. will be doing that tom. what do you think?

Three months is a long time! US students have 1.5 months, so dont panic. Try to review from Goljan or Kaplan, and then review again with fa. Doing mcqs is also important, so dont forget those! And spend your free time on the other smaller subjects...embryo, beh, and ....

Pathology: WebPath, Goljan audios, BRS.
Physio: Kaplan
Behavior: Webprep, kaplan
Anatomy, Microbiology, pharmacology: FA
Immunology: Webprep, kaplan and FA
Biochemistry: Kaplan.
You have enough time. Patho and Physio are high yield...so try to study hard those two.
Do a lot of questions and at the end review just FA and questions

i'm a very slow reader- one month for each book! so i'm a bit panicky. i'll try to keep my cool and make the most of my reading time (like reading and absorbing faster)

I would say "Stick to Kaplans" and try to finish all the subjects in 2 months. As, you are already done with two of them - so just 5 more...finish Patho, Physio and biochem first...then u r done...do micro, pharmac then...it will be great if you can do all of them in a month....not very difficult...just one reading!
Second month will be a great review month for all the subjects....and start doing qbanks then only....most rigorous month this should be.....Final month is just doing qbanks......look at the books when u need it (u will need them quite a many times, so dont panic).
You will certainly score 99 if u can keep the pace. I am done with exam and not hoping 99 but u look genius as u r already plannin 3 months ahead.

i guess sticking with the kaplans is a good idea since that's the review books i have, then maybe try and consolidate them in the fa? i'll do my best to finish everything in a month then do the second reading on the second month, then the questions on the third. wow, lots of work! thanks for the encouragement!
