If there are positive drawer and talar tilt test, what is the most likely diagnosis? what is the treatment for it? Thanks.

It is ankle sprain.
Treatment: Soft compression dressing, Local Cold Therapy (Avoid heat), Rest and elevation, Crutch walking for 2 to 3 days, Consider air cast splint
Start early range of motion as soon as possible, Concentrate on ankle dorsiflexion & NSAIDS
