Thee most common is coagulative (denature proteins),canbe due to ischemia, heavy metal and radiation. Pale infarcts in solid organs heart ,kidney spleen Hemmorhagic(red) infarcts in loose textured organs , bowel lung ovary Liquefactive can be due to enzymes from neutrophils (lung abscess) brain Fibrinoid think immunologic Fat-pancreatic enzymes

Fat necrosis also occurs in trauma of breast...but I don't think it is due to pancreatic enzymes.

the point i wanted to emphasize is "basic". i think fibrinoid necrosis doesnt fullfill the definition of "necrosis". its just a name for a physiacal change ie depositoin of fibrinoid material in the vessel wall. actual necrosis if present would be in the organ supplied and would be coagulative. moreover i think fat necrosis would be of liquifactice type both in enzymetic and traumatic types. so basically we have 2 types of necrosis, liquifactive and coagulative
