in prinzmetal angina there is transmural ischemia ----> ST elevation while in classical angina, ischemia is more severe in subendocardium---> ST depression

Actually Prinzmetal has nothing to do with exertion as such.In this condition there is definitely coronary spasm. In pretty good number of cases there might be atherosclerosis also.Typically it is a rest pain.During exercise test the ST segment may - Elevate
- depresss
- No change at all
So Exercise tolerance test is not conclusive rather angiography with provocative tests decide its diagnsosis. Best of luck
