Can anyone briefly describe the difference between acute intermittent porphyria and porphyria cutanea tarda.?

clinical dif.
AIP - is Not photosensitive, urine darkens on exposure to light and air
PCT - is photosensitive, most common, uroporphyrin in urine
paotgenesis
AIP - uroporphyrinogen I syntetase def., can be precip. by drugs (barbiturates)
PCT - uroporphirinogen decarboxulase def.
