decrescendo ie early diastolic murmur in AR as most of the blood rergurgitated back into left ventrical.murmur best heard: third left space and also on rt 2nd intercostal space but when best heard in the rt 2nd.it may be due to aneurysm of aortic root when ar murmur is severe its holodiastolic.austin flint when regurgant stream strike cusp of mitral valve ie a middiastolic murmur.murmur of ar inc with sudden squatting isometric hand grip phenylehrine.austin flint fades with amylnitrite while murmur of ms inc with amyl nitrite. there may be additional graham steels murmur.S2 is absent.added sounds s3 and s4 may be present.there is no incisura rapid fall in aortic pr in diastly.no cardiac disease matches with the hypertophy of left ventrical caused by ar.ace inhibitors are frequently given as it lowers regurgant fraction.all aortic murmurs can radiate to apex to heart as evidenced anatomically and its a high pressure area
