How does Q-Bank compare to the actual exam and how well does a Q-Bank possibly predict how you will do?

hey!
iam also wondering as to what do my Q bank scores mean?iam getting around 34 to 36 out of 50 (about 70%)in each block and iam planning to write step1 on june 17th.Does it mean i have to postpone my exam and give another reading?
