Im planning to take step3 in MD&im thinking where to apply.Is it CT where everyone is applying or Delaware , where there are no requirements at all;i mean no limits on the time to pass all steps&# of attempts etc..
Can somebody help me?

I don't know why, but everybody I know did it, and it was as smooth as possible for me, so I'd choose CT again.

I just applied to ct today,
Q to arlete - ccs is on 2nd day ,correct me if I am wrong.

Yes, they are. But the MCQs are easier, shorter blocks.
