I am an FMG graduate currently doing my PGY3 in Pediatrics. I am planning on taking my Step 3 June 10th. I have not started my licensing process as yet. I understand to be eligible to take the Pediatric Boards I will need a license by October 1st. Any suggestions regarding states with the quickest approval times for licenses.

Michigan is the easiest for fmgs.
It needs five or 6 papers ot fill out that is it. It only costs like 300 dollars.
