A 4 yr old girl with a tewrminally ill cancer wants to go home and her parents also want to take her home as they do not wish to continue the rx. What should we do? I remember to have read it as Send her Home . Is this correct? Please answer.

For this situation, because it is not an emergency, we can try to get cour order then continue the chemo treatment. Without chemo treatment, child will die from cancer, parents do not have the right to withhold treatment for saving the life of their child, right?

YEs. But what about the child's Automony. The child also wants to go home . So sending home may be better. Please correct me if I am wrong .

The child's age is 4, not at the age of emancipated or emancipated minor, the medical desicion is made by child's parents. Right?

Also in this case, before go for court order, physician discuss with the parents about the benefit and risk first.

Correct me if not so. Thanks.

PARENTS CAN NOT REFUSE LIFE-SAVING OR LIMBSAVING TREATMENT TO THEIR CHILDREN. period.
In this particular case, i think INDIANA SUPREME COURT ruling in Infant Doe is applicable, I suppose. Baby Doe was born with DOWN'S syndrome and with tracheo-esophageal fistula. parents thought the burdens of treatment far outweighed the benefits. court action to remove parents from the child's care was sought by the county's prosecutor. THE COURT denied such action and agreed with parents.
note in this case , the BEST INTEREST STANDARD is applied.
hope this helps.
answer is send the baby home.
