Hi,
You may have to try at University hospital for study coordinator positions. The Pharmaceutical industy take clinical research associates occasionaly. There are clinical research organizations (CRO) who may have openings too. The FDA.gov is good source for rules and regulations for human subject research and that knowledge will be to your benifit when you apply. Especially you need to know " GCP ( good clinical prctice) and ICH ( International confernece of Harmonization ) guidelines and HIPAA in order to get such job.
