Ill take the less popular ds

Eaton Lambert syndrome is an auto immune myasthenic like ds usually related to small cell CA.
The eye muscle are usuaslly spared and the proximal muscles are more involved.
Unlike M.G. that affects woman E.L. affects men over 40.
The med dynamine is undergoing investagational studies.

L-E syndrome - defect release of acetylcholine by nerve cells (Ca channels)

yes..clinically ...weakness in eaton lambert improves on repetitive action..while worsens in myasthenia.. 8)

Let me summarize:
- MG affects the post synaptic recept(Ab) while L.E. affects the presynaptic N(Ca2+)
- Mg worse with muscl use while L.E. improve with use
- MG is associated with bronchogenic carci while L.E. with small Cell lung carci.
