Can someone please tell me how is it the neutrophils are in type 3 hypersensitity?I thought it had to do with the immune complexes precipitating?

yes, ,immune complexes are main contributor but go one step ahead... how immune complexes will cause damage?

i think it sholuld be both macrophages and neutrophils.... as immune comlexes further activates compliment.... :arrow: :arrow: recrutes neutrophils and macrophages :arrow: :arrow: tissue damage

I think neutrophils can also be implicated in Type II reactions.
