36 yo male had pain in his big toe for seral month. Last 48 hrs it became unbearable. On the exam - soft, tender PERYONYCHIAL area with redness. Wnat is the best therapy: Colchicine, Prednizone, Warm soaks, don`t remember what else...

indomethasine, colchicine and intra articular corticosteroid must be ordered and also avoidance for exacerbating factors like aspirine....is this CSS question?
