will it act on alpha 1 receptor or beta 1 receptor ? one causes increase in TPR ,and the other causes a decrease in the TPR . ?

B1 receptors are found in the Heart and Juxtaglomerular apparatus.

norepi will cause more of an increase in TPR (a>>B) epi will cause more op an increase in HR (B>>a)

On the peripheral vessels there are two R.s with different Sensitivity : Alpha-1 and Beta-2. In low Con. Alpha-1 is more responsive --> vasoconstriction in High Conc. Beta-2 --> Vasodilation[/code]
