1) I assume your talking -"Herpetic Whitlow"---its an HSV infection of the finger due oral or genital Herpes-abrupt onset,veicles, erythema,,may recur needs prompt Dx and antivirals
2)Berylliosis- a restrictive, granulomatous, interstitial pneumonitis due to occupational exposure beryllium----(found in certain alloys and previously in fluorescent lights.
