the answer is D Metabolic complications of Nephrotic Syndrome include protein malnutrition and Iron-resistant (MHA) due to transferrin loss.

yes ...D ..is the answer in nephrotic syndrome there is massive proteinuria and transferrin is one of those protein that is lost in urine. so decreased in nephrotic syndrome.
