Child with facial and peri orbital edema,abdominal distension and ascites.3 plus proteinuria,no hematuria.All r correct except, A 90 % respond to steroids B Pneumococcal peritonitis is a possible complication C If renal work up ois done,it will shoe Glomerulosclerosis in majority if them D Needs Penicillin prophylaxis

C is definately wrong. Glomerulosclerosis is not the majority pathology in nephrotic syndrome in children.

Minimal change disease and not glomerulosclerosi. So c must be the answer. Penicillin prophylaxis is recommended as they are prone to infections.
