Man with inguinal scrotal swelling which disapperaed on lying down.What is Dx
A Direct inguinal Hernia
B Varicose veins
C Hydrocele
D Sephna varix

why cant it be direct inguinal hernia? It is INGUINO-SCROTAL swelling... and direct hernia is one of the inguinoscrotal swellings but 'saphena varix' is dilatation of saphenous vein which is not an inginosrotal swelling but present below the inguinal ligament and it never extends into the scrotum!????
i dont think it is a description of saphena varix.
