ans is horseshoe kidney i think,...becos most of the times normal function

I too would go for Horse-Shoe Kidney because 1) UTI would have proteinuria because of the bacterial infection( which would cause increased protein). 2) Also, Rheumatoid arthritis is many a times associated with proteinuria (also with DMARDs). There is however no reason as well as data of Horse-shoe kidney being associated with proteinuria

I think it is UTI ,but would be horse-shoe kidney( I know it is only anatomic malformation)

With UTI, both RBC/WBC and bacteria cause proteinuria, but not enough to be nephrotic, but still...they will have protein in urine. I think it is E
