Pt has lost 3 kg in one month.He is tired and vomiting dark blood.For the last 6 years he was treated for duodenal ulcer by antacid.Now taking only Aspirin for pain.

A Complication of treatment of peptic ulcer
B Needs reassurance
C Duodenal Carcinoma
D Gastric Carcinoma
E Ca antrum

but in duodenal ulcer wt increases as pt get relief from pain after eating

it cant be complication of Rx of peptic ulcer as he recieved antaacids for ulcers....there is loss of wt in 1mth...ought to be some CA...
can anybody help..
