63 year old man is admitted to hospital with chest pain and difficulty breathing. Has a history of rheumatic valvular disease. physical exam reveals systolic murmur. Pressure tracings from varius areas of the heart suggest patient has mitral regurg with rupture of chordae tendanoe. Which is increased? A) Aortic diastolic pressure b) Aortic systolic pressure C) Left atrial ressure at end of diastole D) Left atrial pressure at end of systole E) Peak left ventricular pressure
