19 year old, pain and swelling in proximal tibia. Radiograph shows destructive lesion related to a primary malignant bone tumor?
A)Chondrosarcoma
B)Osteosarcoma
C)Ewings sarcoma
D)fibrosarcoma
E)Multiple myeloma

Why not A because thats a primary malignant tumor as well occurring in < 25? I am not saying your wrong, i dont have the answer so couldn't decide between A and B???

osteosarcoma(peak inc) 10-20yrs
chondrosarcoma 30-60yrs

2 site
OS prox part of tibia / distal part of femur(MC sites)
CS pelvis /spine/ scapula/ prox humerus/ prox femur

yep look at location for all bone tumors, age is less important, but still helps.

location of the bone ,
in alphabatic order ,
C comes first so it will effect the proximal part of the bones . .
O in Osteosarcoma comes later so it will effect the distal part .
UFFFFFFFFF i am having the anxiety attacks again . how do you guys relax yourself from such exam tensions and anxiety attacks , including performance anxiety of the exam ?
