obsessive-compulsive personality disorder: think they are OK.,perfectionist;no. 1 compulsions;best treatment is psychotherapy.
obsessive-compulsive disorder: think they are WRONG.,thoughts,compulsions;irritational;best treatment is SSRI(clomipramine)

benzodiazepines are DOC for acute anxiety.
SSRIs,Imipramine used for panic disorder.

FOr Panic disorder I think Benzodiazepines are the first line of choice And Cognitive therapy.
