there's an "obsessive-compulsive" in anxiety disorder and another "obsessive-compulsive" in personality disorder. are they the same thing?

in obsessive compulsive anxiety disorder, obsessions r acquired & focal
in personality disorder, there is no anxiety n it is life long

and in anxiety, patient has insight while in personality disorder patient has no insight and it doesn't bother himself.
the characteristics of obsessive-compulsive anxiety and that of personality disorder is of much diff. Are there any relations between them two? or else why are they called the same name?

in anxiety disorder , a person repeats an action to divert his attention frm a persistent thought and it is beyond his control.
he recognizes it as absurd n tries to resist
in personality disorder, it is a part of their personality n they dont want changes in their lives
eg smone having an obsession fr cleanliness. dat is why there is no anxiety related to it

from BRS I read, it listed such characteristics for obsessive-compulsive personality: orderly, stubborn, indecisive, perfectionistic, fear loss of control. any examples on this personality so that I can better picture it?
