A patient's urine dipstick reveals no protein....... But the same patient's 24 hour urine estimate for protein reveals massive proteinuria...4g/day what does this patient have?

Good... u guys I have left this for a while....so some of u would come up with replies.... Any disease that causes a rise in proteins other than albumin cause albumin is detected by dip stick.... So correct... the paraproteinemias......and amyloidosis.. I actually posted this so I could remind you that you can put an answer to this but you wouldn't when it is in the form of a case....
