I too wasted my money on NBME and so did others. Lets see if its same as exam but even if it is, how is its gonna help?

It does not help at all if you do not read the explanations for the Q you anwsered incorrect.
Imagine that you will get the same Q on the real exam ,you will anwser incorrect too. Isnt that CRAZY? And they think they try to help us.
This is not help,this is scam!

I agree it's quite expensive but...
It's just like the real exam and the performance results you get after it's pretty the same as the score you will get and the fact that they don't give you answers is because you might get many of those questions, same questions in your real exam, so my advice is to save those questions in a document as Word, study or discuss them and review those topics related with those questions, all these very close to your real exam, like 2 weeks in advance and it's much better if you get the NBME the same month of your exam.
Just an opinion based on reality.

Hi Sophia,
Tell me how can i save the MNBE Qs in my computer? is there any way that i can save them? Becuase i am going to buy it and was wondering if i could save them for future review? Like others said i want to review it afterwards.Please tell me how can i save them in my computer or in anything? thanks a lot!

Don't you guys now how to save those questions?....
Well I did it with Word and Paint, word for the questions and paint for the photos or pictures.
Select with the mouse....then
CTRL+C = copy
CTRL+V= paste to the word document ot paint
Get the NBME at your onw pace, it means 4 hoours so you will have time to do the questions first and the just go back before you finish the block, review the questions from the q-1 and copy all of them.
