anaerobic: cells dont have any oxidant enzyme. metabolism results in lactic acid production.

aerobic: cells have antioxidant enzymes. metabolism procceds thru glycolysis, krebs cycle and electron trasport chain.

facultative anaerobes: have limited antioxidant enzymes, so can tolerate O2 to a limited extent.

any specific point u wanna ask??
