i want to know that , if despite all his efforts if an img is not able to clear his usmle exam what are his options of working in usa in a related field or otherwise if he already has a green card.thanks to anybody who can really reply giving various options in details

I live in Florida, and I know that here you can work as house physician, surgical assistant. The problem is you have or not connections. And I do not know where else you can make the same.
