what should we pick as the screening test of choice given that a lady in her late 60s had all normal screening test mamography, pap, sigmoidoscopy, bi sugar, lipids one year back? she is not sexually active.

mamography women over age 40 should have yearly breast examinations.

pap smear done every year when patient has risk factors for cervical dysplasia.

does the question give any more information on pap smear? coz pap smear is not done annually if 3 concecutive samples have come normal then its needed every 3 yearly til the age of 65. But a mammography is must here.. so guess i wud definitly pick mammography here.

the question just says she had a normal pap smear a year back
