and then see the state of Ohio. or better still, goto freida, open websites of each and every hospital, see if they give any kind of usce for which u are eligible and then apply/write to them or if u can , meet them personally , but douct whether the last thing works. u can also call them and get things clarified if u have doubts regarding application procedures
