56 year old right handed person with sudden onset of severe right sided hemipariesis involving his fore arm and leg but no sensory loss and dysphonia.Most likely cause is.

-Embolus to middle cerebral artery
-Carotid occlusion in the neck
-Hypertensive vascular disease in internal capsule vessels
-putamenal haemmorrhage
-Todd's paralysis
