45 year old woman with night sweats, arthritis.On examination she had splenomegaly.Blood examination revealed hepergamma globulenemia with raised IgG. Most likely diagnosis, -multiple myeloma -Waldernstrom's macroglobulenemia -chronic lymphocytic leukemia -sarcoidosis -sle

multiple myloma hypergammaglobulinemia is not a feature of SLE

Yes they do. From emedicine.com "Quantitative immunoglobulins are useful because patients with lupus often have hypergammaglobulinemia and have a higher incidence of immunodeficiency" Too young for myeloma, and MM has no arthritis as presenting feature. I dont like the question because you need 4 definitive symptoms to Dx lupus, but t is the most likely.
