i chose b,c for 1,2 respectively.
we never ask negative qns i.e F for 1.since we see liver enzymes raised we can ask "how much patient usually drink in his normal week" why not c b/c it is not good open ended qns as what we want to know may be biased by patient,for who which cud be anything 
open for discussion.

yes right ,we do ask but that wud be a direct qn,do u smoke or drink?if he says yes,how much a week?but never u dont drink,dont u?
in options given b is best one i suppose.

Karime, as such there is no direct action of IL2 on tumor cells but it acts indirectly by activating NK cells, inc lymphocyte differen. used in RCC, metastatic melanoma etc. so ans : c
