brainstem u prob think i am stalking u but i like to read ur post and i dnt know, i want u to do well on ur exam =) .. anyways it can not be zero order because in zero order ur transporters in the nephrons are all saturated so u PEA ( phenytoin, ethanol, asprin) CONSTANTLY the same amount. The amount in this person keeps changing.

I know its a bunch of numbers but if u look at 1hr and 5hr u will see that it goes 240 to 120 thats 1 half life.

240, 120, 60, 30, 15 , 7.5 ( because it said below 10 )
5hours x 6 half life = 30 hours.

u gave me gud point in analysing those nos. thanks a lot.
PEA follow zero order kinetics only in toxic doses rt ?

yea u need toxic dose to saturate the transporters - to reach Tmax.

its DDDD.. 4 X5 = 20 hrs
alirizvi its not 5 hrs its 4 hrs.. read the Q carefully.. its from 1pm to 5 pm that the conc drops to half.. so t1/2 is 4hrs.. to go from 240 to 120 is one half life..
then 120 to 60, then 30, 15 and 7.5.. so total of 5 half lives..
i hope u got my point..
