What drugs will cause an increase digoxin? What leads to the toxicity: Hyperlipidemia, hyperphosphatemia, hypokalemia, hyperkalemia, hypocalcemia? What drugs would induce this electrolyte imbalance?

quinidine & verapamil increase digoxin levels....... hypokalemia leads to toxicity. thiazide or loop diuretics can cause hypokalemia

Great! There are a couple of more, but thoses are right mash. In addition... erythyromycin, tetracycline and amiodarone will increase dig conc. also, corticosteroids will induce hypokalemia
